During the 1974 season the New Westminster Frasers played three games at Capilano Stadium.
In 1978 weeks after Nat Bailey passed away owner of the expansion Vancouver Canadians had the stadium renamed Nat Bailey Stadium at the being of the Canadians season.
The Frasers still had drawing problems first off lack of beer sales due to British Columbia`s extremely tight Lixquor regulations and then the lack of signage as the New Westminster had turned them down originally.
