Cotts former New West resident

Neal Cotts was housed in New Westminster for the part of the 2001 Vancouver Canadians season. Cotts and Rich Harden had been teammates in 2001 and both had been owned by the Chicago Cubs in 2009. Neal is an untendered free agent.
